They might be low in carbs, but they’re full of flavour and are great for salads, mashing, roasting and wedges. Callum Hann from Sprout Cooking reckons they’re bloody delicious. As a little nutrition tip, if you’re using Low Carb Potatoes in salads and want to lower your glycemic response, consume them when they’re cold.
