SEASONING
STEP 1
Cut potatoes into 1cm wide chips. Place in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to help remove some of the starch which results in more evenly cooked chips.
STEP 2
Drain, pat dry with paper towel and toss with olive oil and salt. Meanwhile, whisk together the fries seasoning. Keep any leftover in a dry container.
STEP 3
Place in a single layer in an air-fryer and cook at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or until crisp, removing and shaking the basket 2-3 times throughout to ensure even cooking. Check manufacturer’s instructions for different air fryer brands for best results. Season with fries seasoning and enjoy.
