We offer Working Holiday Makers (WHM) the opportunity for sponsorship and a path way to permanent residency through various immigration avenues including an exclusively approved DAMA. (Designated Area Migration Agreement). We have established a key relationship with the Settlement Services International to employ newly government assisted immigrants that are registered under the SSI program. MFF assists with the settlement into the community with housing, transport, community support and engagement.
We work closely with refugee communities with employment opportunities and support their integration to the Australian workforce, including support with English and literacy programs. We are key participants in job expo and job fairs, setting up a company booth with job opportunities, give aways and company information. We are also a major partner in the Northern Local Jobs program to engage the local unemployed, school leavers, and development of the northern suburbs job opportunities and infrastructure.
