FOR DIPPING
Chop cauliflower in large florets, cut potatoes into large chunks and boil in water until tender.
Once cooked and easily pierced with fork drain excess water and mash with a potato masher. mix in salt, vegan butter or oil, nutritional yeast, onion powder and parsley.
Once cool enough to touch form croquette shape with hands (you can make them any shape and size you like) dip each croquette first in milk, then flour, then bread crumbs, place in air fryer.
Continue until finished and air fry for about 10 mins. If you don’t have airfryer you can bake in oven at 200 C for about 30 mins.
