STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the potatoes in a large oven-safe pan. Drizzle with peanut oil, season with salt and roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until just tender.
STEP 2
In a bowl whisk together the soy, honey, garlic and sesame oil with 3 tablespoons of boiling water.
STEP 3
Remove pan from the oven and place on the stovetop.
STEP 4
Pour the sauce into the pan of potatoes and cook for a further 5-10 minutes over medium heat, until the glaze becomes sticky and the potatoes are completely coated. Serve with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
