Enjoy a delicious meal with this easy recipe: toss potatoes and chicken in a zesty mix of olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, smoked paprika, and herbs. Marinate for 30 minutes, then air fry for 40 minutes until perfectly cooked. Serve with drizzled juices and your favourite herbs.
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix and combine well.
STEP 2
Place the potatoes in a bowl, and the chicken in a separate bowl. Pour half of the oil mix over the potatoes, and the other half over the chicken and toss. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket, with the chicken pieces in a single layer on top. Cook the chicken and potatoes for 40 minutes, turning the chicken at 20 minutes.
STEP 4
Once the cooking has finished, placed the potato and chicken in a serving dish and drizzle over any juices from the air fryer basket. Garnish with your choice of herbs.
