Recipe creating using our Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid
STEP 1
Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and allow it to preheat. Once “HOT” appears on the screen, add the oil.
STEP 2
While the pot is heating, mix together the rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
STEP 3
Add the potatoes to the pot in batches, cooking until they are lightly browned and crisp.
STEP 4
After browning, toss the potatoes with the herb mixture and add the stock. Secure the lid, set to pressure cook for 7 minutes, and use the quick release function when done.
STEP 5
Once pressure cooking is complete, remove the potatoes. Insert the air-fry basket, remove the ultimate lid, and return the potatoes to the pot. Air fry for 10 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
