Method

STEP 1

Grate the zucchini and potato and squeeze out all excess moisture.

STEP 2

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

STEP 3

Spoon into prepared baking tray and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
