STEP 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and let them cool slightly.
STEP 2
Mash the potatoes, then add the flour, garlic, and seasonings. Mix until the ingredients form a dough-like ball.
STEP 3
Take 1–2 tablespoons of the potato mixture, shape into a round, place a mozzarella cube in the centre, and cover completely.
STEP 4
Fry each side in oil for 2–3 minutes, or until golden. Enjoy!
