OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
STEP 1
Place your thinly sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water and let them sit for at least 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat dry.
STEP 2
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, setting aside about 1 tablespoon of truffle oil.
STEP 3
Fry the potatoes in batches until they turn slightly golden. Transfer them to a tray, brush lightly with truffle oil, and sprinkle with salt while still hot.
STEP 4
Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
