Low Carb Roast Potatoes with Chicken Salt

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 190°C (fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

STEP 2

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Cook potatoes for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and just cooked. Drain in a colander and shake to rough up. Transfer to a bowl and toss with oil and salt until well coated. Place on baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Finish with 20g Mitani Chicken Salt seasoning.
